minor bugfixes

new version, fixed some minor bugs:

• Player death particle effect appearing in wrong location in certain circumstances

• player character ignoring first jump key press in certain circumstances

Also tidied up a bunch of code and laid some ground work for future levels, hopefully i'll get them done before the end of the jam
